The immune system is the missing layer in medicine.
We track the immune system over time to understand how disease begins and how to treat it.
By dynamically programming the immune system, we can treat disease at its source.
We are building a deep, longitudinal dataset of the human immune system.
We follow the same people over time, tracking their immune markers, their medical records, and how they feel and live. Over time, they reveal how and why disease begins and progresses.
The immune system is the body's most powerful but least understood system. We're building the dataset and the model to finally understand it.
We begin where the immune system has been overlooked.
Diseases the immune system drives, but no one has profiled. We start with Osteoarthritis and Endometriosis.
A clearer view of immune-driven disease.
Together, we can understand how immune-mediated diseases begin, progress, and respond to treatment.
It adds up to one thing: a better way to diagnose and treat your patients.
Partner with us →Your biology can move medicine forward.
Some diseases still have no cure, because medicine has never had the data to truly understand them. By taking part, you help change that, and you get a clear view of your own immune health along the way.
You're a partner in the science, not a data point.

To understand the immune system.
So that we can dynamically predict and program it.
Most immune data is a single snapshot. Programs fail because the picture was never complete. Ori follows the same patients for years: deep immune measurement paired with real clinical and patient-reported context.
The immune system starts signaling long before symptoms emerge and a diagnosis is made. The earlier we capture patient-specific changes in that signal, the earlier programs can catch what matters.
On top of the data, we are building a predictive model of human immunology.
Our predictive model is trained on data no one else has. It learns how the immune system changes over time and predicts what comes next: who is at risk, how a disease will progress, who will respond to a given treatment, and which patients belong in which trials.
Every sample makes it better. Better predictions bring more patients and partners, and more data, so the model compounds.
